Monitoratge remot del consum d'aigua de la llar

Abstract

Aquest treball de fi de grau explica el procés darrere el desenvolupament d’un sistema basat en el concepte d’Internet of Things (IoT), l’objectiu de qual és monitoritzar de forma remota el consum d’aigua que hi pugui haver en una llar, basant-se en les lectures de cabal de l’entrada principal d’aigua d’aquesta. Els requeriments definits per aquest sistema, són la possibilitat de consultar mitjançant una aplicació web, el consum d’aigua que hi està havent a la llar en quasi temps real mitjançant diferents tipus de gràfiques i diferents granularitats temporals, així com també consultar els costos associats a aquest consum, en forma de factura. El projecte també consta del desenvolupament del dispositiu físic capaç de recollir les lectures del cabalímetre i d’enviar-les cap a un servidor centralitzat, que posteriorment realitzarà el tractament corresponent de les dades, per tal de mostrar-les adequadament per l’aplicació web.

This bachelor thesis explains the entire process behind the development of a system inspired on the concept of Internet of Things (Iot), with the purpose of remotely monitor any water consumption in the home, based on reading the water flow of the main inlet. The requirements defined for this system, are the possibility of checking through a web application, the water consumption that is present in the home, shown in different types of charts with different period granularities available. Also, there is the possibility of checking the costs of the associated water consumption, in shape of invoice. The project also consists of developing the physical device capable of collecting the water flow meter measures, and send them to a centralized server, where later they will be processed, in order to show them properly on the web application.
