dc.description.abstract
In this document, a design proposal of a hangar for aircraft parking and maintenance, is carried out in Lleida-Alguaire, an airport which came into operation more than a decade ago, and which has not obtanied the expected levels of traffic. What is pretended, is to create a new aeronautical activity that can contribute to the activation of it¿s economic activity. The main goals which are pursued, can be summed up as the following ones: - To justify and expose the reasons for which the execution of this project would be necessary in Alguaire. To stand up for the viability of the proposal. A hangar of similar characteristics as the one to construct, located in Teruel Airport, is taken into account to develop this study. - To develop a structural proposal which meets the regulations together with standards, and which can be integrated to the construction zone. - To design an efficient distribution of the internal spaces of the hangar. To configure the foundations, fixed and mobile closures, and furthermore, the basic installations of the building. - To obtain an adequate budget, which has all the parts justified. The project starts with an introduction to put in context the reader. From here on, the first chapter, consists on a viability study. The real activity of the airport is analysed and the benefits that the project would create, are detailed. Next, the hangar design is treated. Firstly, the location into the aerodrome area is justified. It is also guaranteed that the building won¿t interfere neither any aerodrome nor any radio electric easements. Then, working with two real studies, the geotechnics where the building has to be constructed is analysed, with the objective to choose the most adequate foundations. Straightaway, a proposal for the structure is done, and it is justified by the calculus of the professional software CYPE Ingenieros. Other important points are the proposal of slab, roof, facade and enclusures. Furthermore, building installations are developed. Regarding electrical ones, a design with the most appropriate lights is executed with the professional software DIALux. Thermical and acoustic studies are also carried out. The last part of the document contains a budget taking into account all the costs. The memory is closed with the conclusion and potential improvements. Apart from the memory, other two documents directly related to the project are presented: Document II. Appendixs and Document III. Layouts.
