Abstract

This project explores methodologies for visualizing data from padel games, highlighting unique aspects of the sport that influence the visualization process. The objective is to develop techniques that enhance understanding of game dynamics, improve player performance, and engage spectators. By analyzing player movements and shot trajectories, we provide insights into padel's fast-paced nature. We also propose a method for visualizing game shot clusters based on features like ball speed, shot duration, trajectory, and player speed, allowing identification of game patterns and detailed visualizations. This work underscores the importance of tailored visualizations for capturing padel's complexity and offers practical solutions for leveraging data to gain competitive advantages and enhance viewing experiences.
