Sistema de gestión para clubes de fútbol

Abstract

Este trabajo final de grado presenta el desarrollo de una aplicación que permite y facilita la gestión de clubes deportivos. La aplicación busca abordar la administración de jugadores, horarios de entrenamientos y la gestión de material dentro del propio club. Esta herramienta se enfoca en cubrir una carencia que normalmente podemos encontrar en la mayoría de clubes que cuentan con una cantera de jugadores, la mala gestión y la pérdida de información relevante. Su implementación tiene como objetivo mejorar la eficiencia del club, optimizar la comunicación interna y facilitar la toma de decisiones. Se espera de esta forma mejorar el entorno del club y su organización para influir de forma positiva en la formación deportiva y el desarrollo de los jugadores y miembros activos. Los potenciales clientes interesados en la aplicación son clubes de fútbol que cuenten con una escuela formativa o "fútbol base". Actualmente muchos de ellos siguen utilizando el papel como forma de registrar estas gestiones que la aplicación desarrollada soluciona o sistemas informáticos que no están diseñados para lo que necesitan. Está aplicación por lo tanto se encuentra orientada a solucionar problemas relacionados con la gestión de los clubes y de esta forma facilitar y mejorar la gestión para agilizar los procesos dentro de la entidad. La aplicación está dividida principalmente en cuatro puntos principales: jugadores, plantillas, material y entrenamientos. Para ello, dispone de diferentes menús y herramientas que permiten gestionar cada uno de ellos y mantener información actualizada sobre estos mismos. A diferencia del resto de aplicaciones que existen en el mercado hoy en día y destinadas a cumplir con las mismas necesidades, esta busca solventar los problemas básicos de una forma sencilla, clara y accesible para cualquier persona sin necesidad de tener un gran conocimiento de cómo funciona la aplicación.

This final degree project presents the development of an application that allows and facilitates the management of sports clubs. The application seeks to address player administration, training schedules and material management within the club itself. This tool focuses on covering a lack that we can normally find in most clubs that have a pool of players, poor management and loss of relevant information. Its implementation aims to improve the club's efficiency, optimize internal communication and facilitate decision making. It is expected in this way to improve the environment of the club and its organization to positively influence the sports training and development of players and active members. Potential clients interested in the application are football clubs that have a training school or "grassroots football". Currently, many of them continue to use paper as a way to record these procedures that the developed application solves or computer systems that are not designed for what they need. This application is therefore aimed at solving problems related to the management of clubs and in this way facilitate and improve management to streamline processes within the entity. The application is mainly divided into four main points: players, squads, material and training sessions. To do this, it has different menus and tools that allow you to manage each of them and maintain updated information about them. Unlike the rest of the applications that exist on the market today and are designed to meet the same needs, this one seeks to solve basic problems in a simple, clear and accessible way for anyone without needing to have extensive knowledge of how it works. the application.
