Arquitectura como tejido de ordenación: proyecto de rehabilitación del territorio y de integración paisajista situado en el casco antiguo de Alicante y su encuentro con el monte del Benacantil

Abstract

El presente trabajo aborda la intervención en un paraje consolidado como es el casco Antiguo de Alicante y desarrolla el lugar como una herramienta de pensamiento proyectual. Es por ello que el interés del proyecto se posiciona desde el entorno, un entorno que se entiende como cambiante y que está sometido a una clase de condiciones.

A través del análisis surge la idea de abordar el suelo como estrategia en el proyecto para establecer relaciones específicas con el lugar y generar nuevas situaciones urbanas que den respuesta a las necesidades locales. Siendo el objeto de este proyecto subsanar el estado de rotura que presenta el territorio y restaurar la estabilidad del paisaje entre la trama urbana y la topografía natural.

Durante este proyecto iremos posicionando perspectivas con las que transponer el territorio y donde el grafo es el medio que relaciona modos de pensamiento e inquietudes proyectuales. Al superponer este sistema de tensiones propio del lugar obtenemos una arquitectura resultante cuya solución formal se basa en el movimiento y su diálogo con el medio. Es decir, un modelo que responde y es consecuencia del entorno.

The present work deals with the intervention in a consolidated area such as the Old Town of Alicante and develops the place as a tool for project thinking. That is why the interest of the project is positioned from the around, an around that is understood as changing and that is subject to a class of conditions.

Through the analysis, the idea of approaching the land as a strategy in the project to establish specific relationships with the place and generate new urban situations that respond to local needs arises. Being the object of this project to amend the broken condition that the territory presents and restore the stability of the landscape between the urban fabric and the natural topography.

During this project we will be positioning perspectives with which to transpose the territory and where the graph is the means that relates ways of thinking and project concerns. By superimposing this system of tensions typical of the place, we obtain a resulting architecture whose formal solution is based on movement and its dialogue with the environment. That is, a model that responds to and is a consequence of the environment.
