dc.description.abstract
This project aims to design and implement a virtual assistant that acts as an intelligent interface between users and the EETAC website. The assistant will be capable of understanding user queries in natural language, retrieving relevant information from the site, and guiding users to the desired content in an intuitive and time-efficient manner. In doing so, it addresses one of the most common pain points in university web portals: the difficulty of quickly finding accurate information.
