dc.description.abstract
This document is a report related to the final degree project in which the study, design, and implementation of a test bench for evaluating the durability of rearview mirrors for commercial vehicles—specifically their folding function—has been carried out. It is a test bench developed for the company Ficosa within the framework of extracurricular internships. This report presents the process and details of the study and design of the test bench, which consists of the following phases: Study and design of the electrical and mechanical system. Development of the control system. Design and manufacturing of a PCB using Sprint Layout software. Design and programming of the graphical interface using QtDesigner. Programming of the test bench software using Python. The results obtained can be considered satisfactory, as a test bench that meets all the initial requirements and project objectives has been successfully developed
