Abstract

Aquest treball ofereix una mirada històrica sobre l’hàbit de seure a taula, analitzant-ne l’evolució des del passat fins al present, i obrint una reflexió cap al futur. A través de moments clau de la història i representacions pictòriques que mostren com s’ha habitat la taula al llarg del temps, s’explora la dimensió cultural, social i espacial d’aquest gest quotidià. Finalment, el treball connecta aquesta recerca amb el món professional actual, identificant possibles sortides dins l’àmbit de l’arquitectura i la gastronomia.

Este trabajo ofrece una mirada histórica sobre el hábito de sentarse a la mesa, analizando su evolución desde el pasado hasta el presente y abriendo una reflexión hacia el futuro.
