El objetivo principal es generar propuestas de mejora que contribuyan al sistema actual de normativas y certificaciones de accesibilidad que permitan adquirir una visión amplia de las acciones que se vienen realizando dentro del continente europeo

In this paper we investigate the standards and certifications of quality of accessible tourism existing within the European Union. The main objective is to generate proposals for improvement that contribute to the current system of regulations and certifications of accessibility that allow to acquire a broad vision of the actions that are being carried out within the European continent
