Esta investigación está orientada a conocer aquellas conductas y cognicionesrelacionadas con los celos predominantes en las relaciones de noviazgo adolescente y analizar como varían tras la aplicación de una intervención educativa, específicamente diseñada para una muestra de 102 jóvenes de entre 15 y 17 años. Los resultados apoyan la hipótesis principal y muestran como en tres de las cuatro variables estudiadas un porcentaje significativo de jóvenes disminuye el número de respuestas celotípicas en la segunda fase del estudio. No obstante, se detectan comportamientos contrarios no significativos en una de las variables. Estos datos revelan la importancia de las intervenciones educativas en materia de prevención de conductas de riesgo en el seno de las relaciones sentimentales.

This research is oriented to know those predominant behaviours and cognitions related to jealousy in teenager-dating relationships. Furthermore, it analyses how they change after applying an educational intervention, specifically designed for a sample of 102 adolescents, all of them between 15 and 17 years old. The results support the main hypothesis and show how three of the four variables studied exist a significant percentage of young people who decreases the number of celotypic responses in the second phase of the study. However, inconsistent non-significant behaviours are detected in one of the variables. In conclusion, these data reveal the importance of educational interventions for the prevention of risk behaviour in the context of sentimental relationships.
