Teletreball, gènere i corresponsabilitat: anàlisi i projecte en l’àmbit de l’administració de la Generalitat de Catalunya

La irrupció del teletreball en el si de l’Administració de la Generalitat de Catalunya ha estat una oportunitat d’actualitzar els mecanismes de corresponsabilitat dels que actualment disposen els empleats i les empleades públics. Aquest treball pretén endinsar-se en l’estudi de la legislació vigent envers el teletreball, la corresponsabilitat i el gènere amb la finalitat de proposar mesures cap a un nou model de treball en l’àmbit públic. El cos del treball està estructurat en tres blocs. Un primer bloc, relatiu a l’origen, evolució i règim jurídic del teletreball. En segon lloc, l’estudi d’interseccions entre el teletreball i la corresponsabilitat i per últim, una sèrie de polítiques específiques encaminades a aprofitar la situació d’avenç tecnològic actual per tal de fomentar la flexibilització dels horaris, la desconnexió i en còmput global, la corresponsabilitat de tots els/les treballadors/es públics envers la dedicació al temps de treball i la vida privada.

The irruption of teleworking within the Administration of the Generalitat de Catalunya has been an opportunity to update the mechanisms of reconciliation currently available to public employees. This work, intends to go into the study of the current legislation towards telework, and the co-responsibility and gender in order to propose measures towards a new model of work in the public sphere in this regard. The body of the work is structured in three blocks. A first block, relating to its origin, evolution and legal regime of telework. Secondly, the normative study of gender and co-responsibility and finally, a series of specific policies aimed at taking advantage of the current situation of technological advancement to promote the flexibility of schedules, disconnection and overall, the conciliation of all public workers towards the dedication to work time and private life.
