El proyecto

Abstract

The objective of this article is to make known the project “Re-enactment events in Catalonia.” Its objectives are focused on the identification and analysis of annual events, in which the attractiveness is used of cultural heritage and history for tourism, festive, recreational or pedagogical purposes. The project has analysed the activity programs of all events providing quantitative data that has allowed conclusions to be drawn from the perspective of tourism and the promotion of cultural heritage

El presente artículo tiene como objetivo dar a conocer el proyecto “Fiestas, Ferias, mercados y festivales de divulgación y recreación histórica en Cataluña”. Sus objetivos se centran en la identificación y análisis de eventos de periodicidad anual, en el que se utiliza el atractivo del patrimonio cultural y la Historia para objetivos turísticos, festivos, lúdicos o pedagógicos. El proyecto ha analizado los programas de actividades de la totalidad de eventos en activo aportando datos cuantitativos que ha permitido establecer valoraciones de su papel en el turismo y la promoción del patrimonio cultural
