FestHilari al poble. Aplec de Sound Systems. Creació i organització d'un esdeveniment

Abstract

Aquest Treball de Final de Grau (TFG) consisteix a dur a terme l'organització d'un esdeveniment. Tot el procés que contempla la seva creació, disseny, organització, difusió, muntatge i execució. Per a desenvolupar-lo a terme, s'ha seguit uns objectius preestablerts, un marc teòric i una metodologia concreta. L'esdeveniment s'anomena FESTHILARI AL POBLE (Aplec de Sound Systems). L'acte ha estat creat sota el nom de l'Associació Festhilari, entitat la qual en formo part des de la seva constitució l'any 2018. Així doncs, aquest esdeveniment ha estat ideat per tal de fer partícips els agents socials de la localitat de Sant Hilari Sacalm, basant-se en la tipologia d'esdeveniments de festes o trobades de Sound System i crear-ne la primera edició mai efectuada a la localitat

This thesis (TFG) consists of organizing an event. The whole process that includes its creation, design, organization, diffusion, assembly and execution. In order to achieve this, we have followed the objectives that have been set, a theoretical framework and a specific methodology. The event is called FESTHILARI AL POBLE (Aplec de Sound Systems). The event has been created under the name of the Festhilari Association, in which I have been part of it since its constitution, in 2018. Thus, this event has been designed to involve the social agents of the locality of Sant Hilari Sacalm, based on the type of festival events or meetings of Sound System and create the first edition ever performed in the town
