Implantació de la filosofia lean construction en un despatx d’arquitectura

Abstract

L’objectiu d’aquest Treball Final de Grau que se sotmet a la consideració i avaluació del Tribunal, es centra en l’aplicació de la filosofia Lean Construction, a través d’algunes de les seves eines, en un despatx d’arquitectura i enginyeria, que presenta unes característiques concretes; amb la finalitat de proposar millores en tot el procés de producció, identificant les seves virtuts per potenciar-les i adaptar-les al projecte que es pretén desenvolupar. S’ha proposat estructurar formalment aquest treball en tres blocs temàtics. En el primer bloc, es parteix d’una contextualització breu de la situació actual del sector de la construcció, tant a nivell nacional com europeu. També es posa en situació del marc teòric de la filosofia Lean Construction, on es desenvolupen els seus principis, tècniques i eines. En el segon bloc, es proposa detallar i concretar les eines de Lean construction que s’implantaran en el despatx d’arquitectura, fent un anàlisi exhaustiu de la forma a procedir del despatx en qüestió, per tal d’identificar les seves debilitats. En el darrer bloc, es planteja la implantació de les eines explicades al segon bloc; estructurades en tres nivells d’implantació

The objective of this Final Degree Project which is submitted to the consideration and evaluation of the Court, focuses on the application of the Lean Construction philosophy, through some of its tools, in an architecture and engineering firm, which has specific characteristics; with the purpose to propose improvements in the entire production process, identifying its virtues to enhance them and adapt them to the project that is intended to be developed. It has been proposed to formally structure this work in three thematic blocks. In the first block, we start with a brief contextualization of the current situation of the sector construction, both at national and European level. It is also put into the situation of the theoretical framework of the Lean Construction philosophy, where its principles, techniques and tools are developed. In the second block, it is proposed to detail and specify the Lean construction tools that will be implemented in the architecture office, making a thorough analysis of the way to proceed from the office in question, in order to identify their weaknesses. In the last block, the implementation of the tools explained in the second block is considered; structured in three levels of implementation.
