Benefici de l’ús de corticoesteroides en la maduració pulmonar fetal en pacients prematurs: projecte de recerca

Abstract

Introduction: A premature birth is one that occurs before thirty-seven weeks of gestation, and the earlier the labor that ends with the birth of the baby occurs, the more complications it will suffer. One of the main complications is insufficient fetal lung maturation to be able to properly adapt to extrauterine life. The administration of corticosteroids from the twenty-fourth week of pregnancy aims to improve the fetal morbidity and mortality caused by this pathology.

Objective: To demonstrate the benefit of the administration of corticosteroids for the improvement of fetal lung maturation in premature infants from the twenty-fourth week of gestation. - specific objective: to demonstrate the effectiveness of this cesarean treatment at term. - specific objective: demonstrate efficacy at fetal, neonatal, infantile and adult levels.

Methodology: The methodology of this work has been a bibliographic review of systematic reviews, meta-analysis, retrospective cohort study, cross-sectional study and narrative review of the last five PubMed, Cochrane and Science databases during the months of January and May of two thousand twenty three

Introducció: Un part prematur és aquell que es produeix abans de les trenta-set setmanes de gestació, i quan abans es produeix el treball de part el qual conclogui amb el naixement del nadó, més complicacions patirà aquest. Una de les principals complicacions és la maduració pulmonar fetal insuficient per a poder adaptar-se correctament a la vida extrauterina. L’administració de corticoesteroides a partir de la setmana vint-i-quatre de gestació té com a objectiu millorar la morbimortalitat fetal produïda per aquesta patologia.

Objectius: Demostrar el benefici de l’administració de corticoesteroides per a la millora de la maduració pulmonar fetal en nadons prematurs a partir de la setmana vint-i-quatre de gestació. - objectiu específic: demostrar l’eficàcia d’aquest tractament cesària a terme. - objectiu específic: demostrar l’eficàcia a nivell fetal, neonatal, infantil i a edat adulta.

Metodologia: La metodologia d’aquest treball ha estat una revisió bibliogràfica realitzada durant els mesos de gener i març de dos-mil vint-i-tres a les bases de dades PubMed, Cochrane i Science durant els mesos de gener i maig de dos mil vint-i-tres
