Observa, pensa, emociona't i actua : programa d'educació emocional per infants i adolescents

Abstract

Aquest programa sorgeix de la necessitat de treballar les emocions amb infants amb risc social. L’objectiu principal del programa és aconseguir que els infants adquireixin un major coneixement envers el món de les emocions així com tinguin recursos i estratègies per tal d’identificar-les, gestionar-les i expressar-les. És a dir, es treballa la consciència emocional com a primer pas per tal de treballar l’educació emocional. Treballar les emocions significa treballar per aconseguir una millor convivència i un millor benestar personal i social.

This program has been born from the need to handle emotions with children at social risk. The main objective of the program is to make children achieve as much knowledge as possible about the emotional world. That is to say, they can have resources and strategies to identify these emotions, manage and express them. In other words, this program develops emotional conscience as the first step to attain emotional education. Working with emotions means working for a better living and a better social and personal well-being. The program consists of several parts, although only one part has been implemented. This part was implemented and evaluated with a group of 9 children between 7 and 9 coming from Social Services in Lleida.
