[CATALÀ] El projecte va començar amb la intenció de crear un producte amb infinitat de possibilitats de modulació a partir de diferents peces i, fins i tot, aconseguir una estructura independent de la paret. Al iniciar el projecte però, es va veure un objectiu massa ambiciós des de el punt de partida del qual es començava i al pensar en les eines que permetessin portar això a terme va sorgir el desenvolupament del sistema que es presenta en aquest projecte: un sistema de muntatge que permet crear, a partir del producte inicial que també ha evolucionat en aquest projecte, una gama de productes que sigui modular, adaptable, polivalent i personalitzable, amb la possibilitat d’ampliar-ho o reorganitzar-ho a plaer. Per portar això a terme, es comença definint un marc de referència i una frase d’utilitat. A partir d’aquí, s’analitzen totes les funcions que ha de tenir el producte i totes les seves parts. A més a més, també s’analitzen els diferents usuaris que interactuaran amb el producte i la incidència de cadascun d’ells. Paral·lelament, també es realitza una enquesta a diferents usuaris potencials per rebre més informació sobretot de personalització i l’ús que se li donaria al prestatge. També es va donar la opció de que els enquestats donessin la seva opinió respecte al producte inicial per veure el grau d’acceptació que tenia aquest nou concepte a desenvolupar. Amb tota aquesta informació es redacta un quadre funcional, s’avalua i es consideren una sèrie de precedents i antecedents per poder comparar les característiques del producte. A partir del precedents trobats, es realitza un estudi de mercat per conèixer que hi ha al mercat, quines són les tendències més innovadores i quins són els líders del mercat i poder avaluar les funcions d’aquests precedents, comparar-les amb els producte a dissenyar i poder trobar aquelles que poden donar mes valor al producte final. Amb això es defineixen una sèrie de forats que defineixen quin tipus de concepte hauria de seguir el desenvolupament. Va ser en aquests moment quan es va veure la necessitat de no dissenyar un producte, sinó de dissenyar un sistema de creació que permetés crear el producte que es volia. La finestra doncs va estar clara i després de realitzar un Mindmap per organitzar tota la informació trobada es va redactar un brífing amb tota la informació necessària per definir com havia de ser aquest sistema. A partir d’aquest brífing ja es va començar a pensar en el desenvolupament del sistema: - A la fase conceptual és va treballar sobre la seqüència d’ús del sistema i de l’actual seqüència de muntatge del producte inicial per conèixer-lo i poder millorar-lo mitjançant un storyboard. A partir d’aquí, es va portar a terme un brainstorming per trobar solucions per aplicar les noves característiques i resoldre els problemes actuals - A la fase funcional es van aplicar les solucions decidides. Mentre el sistema prenia forma, també es van portar a terme millores estructurals i es va redissenyar el sistema de fixació. Al final es va realitzar una maqueta en 3D per obtenir informació per analitzar l’ús del sistema i la interacció amb l’usuari. - A la fase formal, es va realitzar una anàlisis antropomètrica per determinar les proporcions de les peces que interactuaven amb l’usuari i es va definir la morfologia del producte. - A la fase tècnica es va portar a terme una anàlisis resistiva per comprovar que la geometria dels reforços les peces era la correcta i suportava un pes determinat. - A la fase final només va quedar treballar en la distribució del producte assignant referències a cadascuna de les peces, muntatges i subconjunts i realitzar un nou manual de muntatge per ajudar a l’explicació del sistema. Per finalitzar el projecte, a partir de la informació cercada a l’estudi de mercat es va posicionar el producte respecte als possibles competidors i es va fer una estimació dels costos de fabricació, així com també valorar la viabilitat del producte. Gràcies a això es van poder determinar estratègies per aconseguir reduir el cost del producte i fer-lo més competitiu en futures revisions.

[ANGLÈS] The project began with the intention of creating a product with infinite possibilities of modulation from different pieces and even achieving an independent structure of the wall. When initiating the project, however, an ambitious goal was seen from the point of departure that began and when thinking of the tools that allowed to carry it out, the development of the system that appears in this project arose: an assembly system that allows you to create, from the initial product that has also evolved in this project, a range of products that is modular, adaptable, versatile and customizable, with the possibility of expanding it or reorganizing it to pleasure. To carry it out, it begins by defining a reference framework and a utility phrase. From here, we analyse all the functions that the product and all its parts must have. In addition, the different users that will interact with the product and the impact of each one of them will also be analysed. At the same time, there is also a survey of different potential users to receive more information about personalization and the use that would be given to the shelf. It was also given the option for respondents to give their opinion about the initial product to see the degree of acceptance that this new concept had to develop. With all this information a functional chart is written, evaluated and considered a series of precedents and backgrounds to be able to compare the characteristics of the product. Based on the precedents found, a market study is carried out to find out what is on the market, what are the most innovative trends and what are the market leaders and to evaluate the functions of these precedents, compare them with the products in Design and be able to find those that can give more value to the final product. This defines a series of holes that define what type of concept should follow development. It was at this time when there was a need to not design a product, but to design a creation system that would allow the creation of the desired product. The window was clear and after performing a Mindmap to organize all the information found, a compilation was written with all the information necessary to define how this system should be. From this briefing one already began to think about the development of the system: - In the conceptual phase we worked on the sequence of use of the system and the current sequence of assembly of the initial product to know it and to improve it through a storyboard. From here, brainstorming was carried out to find solutions to apply new features and solve current problems. - The resolute solutions were applied to the functional phase. While the system took shape, structural improvements were also carried out and the fixing system redesigned. In the end, a 3D model was made to obtain information to analyse the use of the system and the interaction with the user. - In the formal phase, an anthropometric analysis was performed to determine the proportions of the pieces that interacted with the user and the morphology of the product was defined. - In the technical phase, a resistive analysis was carried out to verify that the geometry of the reinforcements was correct and the weight was determined. - In the final phase, only remain to work on the distribution of the product by assigning references to each of the pieces, assemblies and sub-assemblies and performing a new assembly manual to help explain the system. To complete the project, based on market research information, the product was positioned with regard to potential competitors, an estimate of the manufacturing costs was made, as well as evaluating the feasibility of the product. Thanks to this, strategies could be identified to reduce the cost of the product and make it more competitive in future revisions.
