Las obras de Aristóteles ejercieron una profunda influencia en el mundo árabe. Pero también los árabes se interesaron por su biografía. Varios autores han transmitido "Vidas" de Aristóteles, cuyo origen está en textos perdidos de la antigüedad griega. Gracias a esta transmisión se han podido recuperar noticias desconocidas, no referidas en otras fuentes. Se ofrecen aquí dos de las vidas de Aristóteles transmitidas por autores árabes.
Aristotle's works exercised a deep influence in the Arab world. But the Arab was also interested in their biography. Several authors have transmitted "Lives" of Aristotle whose origin is in lost texts of the Greek antiquity. Thanks to this transmission, unknown news has been able to recover, not related in other sources. Here we offer two of Aristotle's lives transmitted by Arab authors.
