El turisme xinès, un nou repte per a la indústria turística a Espanya

Abstract

El turisme xinès, que destaca pel seu increment sostingut i la seva capacitat de despesa, està començant a conèixer Espanya. Aquests turistes no estan interessats pel sol i la platja i tenen una cultura, costums i idioma molt diferents. El repte d'adaptació a aquest nou turisme també suposa l'oportunitat de posicionar-nos com un destí atractiu per a aquests turistes. El Grup de Recerca TUDISTAR de la UAB ha obert una nova línia d'investigació i està estudiant les característiques d'aquest turisme a Barcelona i Espanya, al costat d'altres turismes emergents.

El turismo chino, que destaca por su incremento sostenido y su capacidad de gasto, está empezando a conocer España. Estos turistas no están interesados por el sol y la playa y tienen una cultura, costumbres e idioma muy diferentes. El reto de adaptación a este nuevo turismo también supone la oportunidad de posicionarnos como un destino atractivo para estos turistas. El Grupo de Investigación TUDISTAR de la UAB ha abierto una nueva línea de investigación y está estudiando las características de este turismo en Barcelona y España, junto a otros turismos emergentes.

Chinese tourism, which is noted for its sustained growth and spending power, is discovering Spain. These tourists are not interested in the sun and sand product, and their culture, customs and language are very different from Spain's. The challenge of adapting to this new tourism is also an opportunity to position all of Spain as an attractive destination for these tourists. The TUDISTAR Research Group has started a new research line to study this tourism, along with other emerging tourisms.
