The goal of the thesis is to do a depth analysis of Ordelress production. In this analysis is important to define the topic and understand when it is necessary or positive to implement. It is also important to know with strengths and weaknesses it has. Other goal is to know which companies are using nowadays this method. And the last but not least to be able to study a practical case, where I would try to recommend some changes in a firm in order to implement orderless manufacturing.
