Abstract

In this talk, I will present an overview of my PhD work, which has focused on understanding three fundamental aspects of long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) biology—regulation, evolution, and function — using both computational and high-throughput experimental approaches, including massively parallel reporter assays and functional CRISPR screens.
