Sistema de transport automàtic de vials a través de mouse hole

Abstract

El present treball tracta el desenvolupament d’un sistema de transport per vials, a través d’un mouse hole. Aquest estarà totalment automatitzat i basat en un seguit d’especificacions, com el tipus de materials utilitzats, la distribució del conjunt i la funcionalitat de cada peça. La finalitat d’aquest projecte serà realitzar un disseny totalment competitiu, regit especialment per normatives farmacèutiques, on els components mecànics proporcionaran una solució apta i senzilla per l’especialista que en faci ús. En un aquest mercat tan competitiu i amb l’exigència dels reptes del sector farmacèutic, es porta a terme un seguit d’estudis i assaigs, analitzant les opcions més assequibles, funcionals o viables, fins a extreure’n el disseny del propòsit d’aquest projecte.

The present project deals with the development of a vials transport system, through a mouse hole. This will be fully automated and based on a series of specifications, such as the type of materials used, the distribution of the set and the functionality of each piece. The purpose of this project is to make a fully competitive design, governed especially by pharmaceutical regulations, where the mechanical components will provide a suitable and simple solution for the specialist that will use it. In such a competitive market and with the demands of the challenges of the pharmaceutical sector, a different studies and tests are carried out, analyzing the most affordable, functional or viable options, to extract the design for the purpose of this project.
