Desarrollo de un gestor de incidencias y de un gestor de contenidos

Abstract

Este proyecto consiste en el desarrollo de dos sistemas de software para la empresa de iluminación Vibia. Primero, un gestor de incidencias que servirá para que sus clientes puedan encontrar soluciones a sus problemas sin la necesidad de contactar con un agente, agilizando así el proceso. Segundo, un gestor de contenidos donde se almacenarán todos los archivos y recursos usados por la empresa en todas sus páginas webs, incluida la desarrolla en este proyecto, clasificados y organizados por etiquetas. Esta memoria incluye todos los pasos a seguir, desde la planificación y la gestión hasta la implementación y la validación, necesarios para desarrollar estos dos sistemas.

This project consists of the development of two software systems for the lighting company Vibia. First, an incident manager that will help their clients find solutions to their problems without the need to contact an agent, thus speeding up the process. Second, a content manager where all the files and resources used by the company on all its web pages will be stored, including the one developed in this project, classified and organized by tags. This report includes all the steps to follow, from planning and management to implementation and validation, necessary to develop these two systems.
