[spa] El derecho francés de los contratos y del régimen de las obligaciones fue reformado por una ordenanza del 10 de febrero de 2016, ratificada por una ley del 20 de abril de 2018. El nuevo Derecho comporta mayor flexibilidad económica y aporta mayor justicia social al Derecho contractual francés.

[eng] The French law of contract and obligations was reformed by the ordonnance of the 10 th of february 2016, ratificated by a statute law of the 20th of april 2018. The new law introduce more economical flexibility and more social justice in the French law of contracts.
