Pla de negoci d'una app d'aprenentatge d'idiomes

El treball que es presenta és un pla de negoci enfocat a llançar una aplicació d’aprenentatge d’idiomes al mercat de les apps. El pla de negoci es realitza sobre bases teòriques i està molt orientat a l’àmbit acadèmic. Tot i així, fonamenta les bases del projecte en cas de que es portés a terme. Per aquest motiu, aquest projecte suposa un exercici amb l’objectiu d’elaborar les reflexions oportunes i descriure els passos necessaris per portar una idea incipient, o en fase embrionària, a un projecte planificat i estructurat. El pla de negoci s’ha estructurat segons la guia elaborada per la Unitat d’Innovació de la UPF Business Shuttle i compren els aspectes més rellevants com per exemple la descripció de la idea, un pla de màrqueting, un pla financer o el pla operatiu entre d’altres. Finalment s’elaboren unes conclusions tot analitzant el pla de negoci dintre de tot el seu conjunt, posant èmfasi en la seva viabilitat en cas que es procedís a la posada en marxa d’una empresa amb la idea que es descriu en aquest pla de negoci.

The work presented is aimed to be a business plan focused on launching a language /nlearning mobile application on the app market. The business plan is oriented with an /nacademic focus and therefore is d/none with the theoretical bases in mind./nEven so, it sets the foundations of the project in the case that it would be made real./nFor this reason, the objective of this project is to describe the steps needed to reach /nthe resulting idea from the apropriate r/neflections, the beginning of a structured and /nplanified project./nThe business plan is structured following the guide elaborated by the Innovation /nUnity of the UPF Business Shuttle and contains the most important aspects such as /nthe description of the idea,/na marketing plan, a finantial plan or a/nn/noperative plan /namong other facts./nFinally, conclusions will be made from the analysis of the business plan all together, /nemphasising in the viability in case that the business with the described idea /nwould /nfinally /nbe implemented.
