Regulació actual sobre el dret al nom: Les noves limitacions del títol VI de la Llei 20/2011

Abstract

El present treball té com a objectiu l'aproximació del dret a la identitat personal o

dret al nom, juntament amb l'anàlisi de les seves limitacions, en tots els possibles

supòsits que se'ns poden presentar, i també pretén realitzar un estudi tenint en

compte les resolucions de la Direcció General dels Registres i del Notariat.

Així doncs, les regulacions que tracta tots aquests aspectes són: d'una banda, la

Llei 20/2011 de 21 de juliol, del Registre Civil -d'ara endavant LRC- i, d'altra

banda, comptarem amb el Decret de 14 de novembre de 1958 pel qual s'aprova

el Reglament de la Llei del registre civil -d'ara endavant RRC

The aim of this paper is to approach the right to personal identity or the right to a

name, together with an analysis of its limitations, in all the possible cases that

may arise, and it also aims to carry out a study taking into account the resolutions

of the Directorate General of Registries and Notaries.

Thus, the regulations that deal with all these aspects are: on the one hand, Law

20/2011 of 21 July, on the Civil Register - hereinafter LRC - and, on the other

hand, the Decree of 14 November 1958 approving the Regulations of the Law on

the Civil Register - hereinafter RRC
