Self-Organising Networks deliver more robust and adaptive network management via configuration, optimisation and healing functions. Context awareness is key to enrich the continued assessment of the network status; monitored throughout the resource's lifetime. Intents (high-level requests) are expressed and continuously evaluated and enforced applying Intent-based Networking techniques, which decide and apply relevant actions in the self-managed networks so to maintain the desired status. In this work we present the architecture and implementation of the core components that realise the automated network management: a hierarchical, Multi-pronged Monitoring Framework and an Intent-based Engine that uses the monitored data as ground truth. These were designed considering the requisites of radio, multimedia and slicing enablers in federated Beyond 5G networks. Thereby, SON environments tending to related verticals can consider building upon this architecture.
