| dc.description | [por] Durante séculos a saúde foi associada a ausência de doença, refletindo num modelo biomédico, mas, desde a década de 1970, discussões acerca do conceito ampliado de saúde passaram a vigorar. Esta perspectiva considera a promoção, prevenção e tratamento de agravos a saúde, mas também os níveis de qualidade de vida tanto do indivíduo como da sua família, meio ambiente e comunidade. Sob esta ótica, o sistema de saúde brasileiro cria mecanismos de levar a integralidade nas suas ações, a citar os Núcleos Ampliados de Saúde da Família e Atenção Básica, composto por equipes multiprofissionais; e o Programa Saúde na Escola, que visa impactar a saúde da comunidade escolar com desdobramentos positivos em vários âmbitos. Neste sentido, quer-se aqui tornar clara a relação tênue entre as macroáreas da saúde e educação, descrevendo programas governamentais sob a ótica do profissional de Educação Física, apresentando possibilidades para aplicação em contextos além do brasileiro. |
| dc.description | [eng] For centuries health has been associated with absence of disease, reflecting on a biomedical model, but since the 1970s, discussions about the expanded concept of health have been in force. This perspective considers the promotion, prevention and treatment of health problems, but also the quality of life levels of the individual, their family, the environment and the community. From this perspective, the Brazilian health system creates mechanisms that lead to integrality in its actions, to mention the Extended Family Health and Primary Care Centers, composed of multiprofessional teams; and the Health at School Program, which aims to impact the health of the school community with positive developments in various areas. In this sense, we want to clarify the tenuous relationship between the macro areas of health and education, describing government programs from the perspective of the Physical Education professional, presenting possibilities for application in contexts beyond the Brazilian. |
