Abstract

Entre els pèsols d’hivern assajats cal destacar el bon comportament productiu que han mostrat FURIOUS i FRESNEL. Les varietats PADDLE i FURIOUS són els que ha mostrat una data d’inici de floració més precoç. Les varietats amb un major contingut en proteïna han estat AVIRON, LAPONY i FRESNEL.
